Hi, I’m Corey. 

I know how it feels to want to reach goals that seem distant and difficult. I grew up around dieters my whole life.  My entire family was always on a diet, which told me that dieting doesn’t work. Dieting cannot be a lifestyle.  After the birth of my first child I wanted to be fit and healthy for myself as well as my family.  I wanted to be a good example of what getting and staying healthy and fit looks like.  My initial casual interest in eating to be healthy culminated in attaining my Masters in Nutrition. I indulged in all kinds of exercise: running, roller derby, weightlifting - and discovered I reveled in setting goals and knocking them out.

I’m a mom, a wife, and a business owner. I enjoy date nights with tacos and margaritas, family dinners with our 6 kids, weekends at the lake, and of course, working out! I believe in simple nutrition. No fat burners. No detoxes. No diet gimmicks. I lift weights 5 days a week. I lift as heavy as I can while keeping good form, and I keep cardio to a minimum. I know that you can be healthy, fit, and at your best just by watching your nutrition and incorporating exercise. I’m a personal trainer and a nutrition coach with over a decade of experience helping people build strength, improve mobility, and overcome injury. I focus on providing functional training combined with holistic wellness education to help you become the best version of yourself.

I will give you all the tools you need to make realistic, long-term changes and teach you how to use them so that you can live your healthiest life and create happiness with yourself inside and out. 


Corey took a personal interest in understanding my health and fitness goals, and has been my greatest cheerleader as I work towards them. She has provided me with nutritional counseling and a weight-training program that has made me so much stronger and made living with arthritis much easier. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone that is looking to make a positive move on their health and fitness with someone who is understanding, not judgmental, and knows just how much to push me beyond what I’m comfortable with that I feel proud of what I’ve achieved after each session. -Cate R.
